| About us | Our LED lighting business department specializes in design, research and development, production and marketing of LED lighting products. Owing to strong technical and developing abilities, technical specialists, modern production lines and powerful marketing teamwork, we have gradually developed various advanced LED lamps and decoration lighting. We provide customers with LED desk lamps, night lights, headlamps and safety lamps with ODM and OEM orders available. Our mould and plastic business department is equipped with 3 CNC machines, 6 EDM machines, 5 wire cutting machines, 14 milling machines, 3 grinding machines, 1 lathe, 2 drilling pressing machines, 1 inspection apparatus and 8 plastic injection machines. We adopt advanced CAD / CAM / CAE designing and manufacturing flow chart, using Master-cam, Auto CAD, Pro-E, UG, and Solid-works software. Hence, reliable quality is guaranteed to meet customers' demands. Our company has designed and made injection moulds for overseas and domestic customers for a long time, with a weight range between 50kg and 8MT. Utilizing mould bases and standard LKM components, our core / cavity steel materials are P20, H13, NAK80, 718, 738, S136, 2083, and 2316. We can make moulds according to customers' different requirements for hot operation, DME standard components and insulator plates. With a molding branch facilitated with 8 sets of plastic injection machines from Taiwan area, with a weight range between 80MT and 220MT, we manufacture computer parts, electronic parts, and medical device parts. Made of ABS, PP, POM, nylon, HDPE, PVC, HIPS, TPU, and TPR, these products are exported to America, Germany, France, England and Russia, with designing service, OEM orders and silk screen printing or spray painting available.
