| About us | Our company manufactures PTFE and other polymer products, such as FEP, PVDF, PCTFE, UPE, PP, PE, PVC, POM, PMMA, ABS and PA in sheets, rods, tubes, films, bars, tapes, wear strips, gaskets, rings, seals, bushings, bearings, valve seats, insulators, diaphragms and custom fabricated parts. For customer-made orders, our R&D department will start with the design concept according to customers' demands with regard to such factors as product design, corrosion or temperature resistance, permeability, load, stress, and flexural strength requirements. We will recommend the best material, structure, and production techniques to meet customers' requirements. Our experience will add value by reducing tooling costs and gaining production efficiencies. Our factory has more than 30 years' experience in fluoro plastics processing with advanced management systems and experienced technicians and workers. Our company operates with more than 20 production lines in mold pressing, extrudation, injection molding, suction and casting MC nylon. With modern test and measuring instruments, our factory adapts ISO9002 standards to monitor the entire production process. For years, our high quality products are acclaimed by our customers and widely used in electrical locomotives and railway shock absorption as well as in other fields, such as oil, mechanical, aerospace, chemical, military products, electroplating, electricity, smelting and pharmacy. Our products have been exported to such 20 regions as East Asia, Central Asian, Europe and North America. Our clients include GE, Daewoo, CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive and Zhuzhou Smelter Group.
