| About us | We are specialized in R&D, manufacture and marketing of Ni-MH, Ni-CD and Li-ion rechargeable batteries and chargers. These products are applicable to cellular phones, notebook computers, cordless phones, two-way radios, telecommunication equipments, video cameras, digital cameras, PDA, cameras, electric toothbrushes, walkmans, cordless power tools and electric bikes. Our monthly output capacity has exceeded 4,500,000 pieces. 65% of our products are exported which resulted in an annual export sales volume of over USD8,000,000. Our R&D team is composed of experts with at least 10 years' experiences in the battery industry. Most of them are our first generation to research and develop Li-ion, Ni-CD and Ni-MH batteries. Equipped with advanced facilities imported from Japan and Germany, we can develop new products in one month according to customers' specific requirements. With drastic competition, we invest 20% of our profits to develop new products and improve the production facilities. Every week, the meeting between Marketing Dept. and R&D Dept. is organized for new products' information. We keep ourselves with the idea of what is happening and how we can catch up the steps to meet the marketing demands. Adhering to the strict ISO9001 standards, we have implemented SPC and QS9000 systems applying QCC and CWQC in each stage of operations. Our quality control lab has over 35 QC staff and more than 15 QA engineers. All of our products have AIG global liability products insurance. From our establishment, we have prided ourselves in offering the most competitive prices in the industry. Through efficient business networks and long-term cooperation with our suppliers, we are able to keep our costs low and pass the savings onto our customers. Our advanced management techniques and workflow efficiencies ensure our ability to remain as the leading low-cost high-quality manufacturer in the industry. Our employees work in two shifts to ensure prompt delivery and to meet or exceed all of our customers' requirements. Our daily output over 150,000 pieces are produced by 120 large-sized production machines and more than 450 testing equipments working 24-hours per day. We ensure that our customers will receive on-time delivery to their various locations around the world. Meanwhile we adopt advanced management system, ERP, for our management to make sure short lead-time. |
