Ltd. Has 6 cold chamber die-casting machines which can manufacture can handle zinc aluminium alloy die-cast weighting 10,000 grams. There are 4 sandblasted machines in our factory. The enterprise owns CAD/cam model-design center and manufacture workshop to produce zinc-aluminium alloy die-cast, accompanied with computer-controlled process and assembly workshop to process the die-cast and produce the final product, and spectrophotometer and coordinating tester to analyse the compostition of the material and test the product. We have passed iso9001 and will pass ISO/ts16949 in this year. |
