| About us | A year later we diversified into garmenting and exporting. At the moment We are exporting mainly to Europe and USA, We have our own Knitting, Processing and garmenting factories.which are all inline with the accepted international standards. In fact our process house - Colorsburg is one of the most modern processing plants in south india and can process upto 12 tons of knitted fabric per day. We plan to expand this capacity to 30 tons in the coming years. Colorsburg has the latest technology in Knits fabric processing along with a complete laboratory having all the facility to test the international standards even color fastness to light. When we started we started with 3 benchmarks and have achieved all of them: 1. ISO 9002 : for Systems quality - to assess that our internal sysytem is in line with international standards and to get continuous improvement.We are contimuing this process from 5 years now. 2. JC Penney : for Product Quality : It is generally accepted in the industry that the factory that passes the JC Penney certification has systems in place to ensure a good Product. 3. Phillip Van Huesen: For Social accountability : PVH is buyer who emphasises a lot on Human and social responsibility. We are happy to tell you that we have passed all the above Benchmarks; and have added one more Benchmark that is of passing the Marks and Spenser evaluation for Fabrics at our Colorsburg plant.We are glad to tell you that M&S has accredited our dyeing plant. We are working with well reputed buyers like : Arrow, Pvh, izod, Vetir, Kapahl, Tom tailor, Springfeild, etc. We are also among the few factories that have been accredited by Lycra, Dupont. We are accredited by lycra, dupont. Tencel Uk is working directly with us for their R&D and further market opportunities. Our latest development is that we have started a design studio inside our Company to catere to the design needs of the buyers and their markets. In this connection they are coming up with fresh color card every season to help the Factory to make a collection for the fashion industry. Colorsburg can supply both Open width and Tubular fabrics as per the requirement of the factory. We can even offer various additional finishes and processes to enhance the feel and optic of the fabric which can add value to the garment for the factory. Our Management team is experianced in the Garmenting industry and know the terms and condition of the industry. Also we know the difficulties that factories face in relation to the fabric and can offer practical solutions to help the Cutting departments.
