The corporation consists of subdivision companies, Shakedown Music Publishing, Shakedown Productions, Mughal Sound Studios, New Wave Marketing& Advertising, Shakedown Media Replication, and soon to be launched hi end cafe chain, Chai Cafe and Lounge.
