| About us | Therefore, Scrap Solutions provides a perfect link between the buyer of Iron and Steel scrap ore and the seller. For serious end buyers, we provide them with the current price list. A minimum purchase quantity of 30,000 MT is required per year, with monthly contract of 12 months. The product specifications are: HMS 1&2 (ISRI 200-06), used rails. The procedure is that the buyer sends LOI and BCL. After which the seller issues Draft contract and signed and sealed FCO. The buyer accepts signs and stamps and returns to seller and provides POF. The seller then sends the real, final contract. The buyer signs and stamps and returns it. The seller then issues 2% PB and the shipment begins. The terms are: Buyer issues operative LC (non-transferable, revolving, irrevocable and confirmed payable 100% at sight of Ocean bill of lading). Any other payment method must be approved by seller. Packaging: Container/bulk. Please note that there is no deposit required for non-traders and non-resellers such as Steel Mills. Buyer can see commodity at port of loading if necessary, only after signing purchasing contract and open LC. Buyer can visit the seller in their offices for the signing of the final contract, if they choose.
