| About us | The main goal of the Company is satisfaction of all customers in their need of chemical reagents, substances, consumables, chemical reference standards and equipment from major international and domestic brands. Our clients are: - research and development institutes - production and testing labs - companies from chemical, pharmaceutical, parapharmaceutical, food and other industries - chemists-synthesists We have a long term relationship with many of Russian leading pharmaceutical manufacturers. Starting from 2002 our company started to develop new lines of business in following areas: - packing of imported chemicals - production of organic synthesis chemicals - purification of chemical reagents - test of different complexity, etc. One of company major principles is to work directly with the manufacturer, not the reseller that allows us to offer competitive prices and terms. The company is actively engaged in export/import operations. Recently our company succeeded in publishing of metal and element organic catalog together with Korean company Silicochem Co. Ltd aimed at Korean market and signing of exclusive agreements. Facts and dates: July 2000 SPC receives an official dealers status from Sigma-Aldrich GmbH May 2001 SPC becomes an official distributor of Acros Organics a Fisher Worldwide Company December 2001 SPC is in the third place for annual sales of Sigma-Aldrich GmbH products and in the first for Acros Organics March 2002 SPC gains an official distributor of Fisher Scientific GmbH status April 2002 SPC is being appointed an official distributor of Fisher Scientific UK May 2002 SPC signs agreements with over 50 leading manufacturers for sale of their products July 2002 SPC together with Chembridge Corp. And Centre of combinatorial chemistry of the Moscow State University and with assistance from Acros Organics establishes new venture ACRUS and sets up a first licensed stock of imported chemicals in Russia. The stock has more than 10.000 articles and that list is permanently renewed and expanding. From 2002 SPC together with Chembridge Corp. And Centre of combinatorial chemistry of the Moscow State University is engaged in program of new chemical and biologically active compounds development and is performing screening of new medicines. For convenience of our customers we integrated search databases and online shop into SPC and ACRUS websites that allows clients to get the latest info on pricing, delivery dates, payment terms, etc. Search databases have info on more then 200.000 chemical reagents, chemical reference standards, consumables and equipment that we offer to our customers. We are planning to extend the databases with domestic product lines. SPC also plans to exchange its databases of reagents for combinatorial chemistry with leading domestic and international developers and manufacturers. SPC is licensed to sell poisonous and toxic reagents, substances and reference standards in Russia. |
