Study the buying plan of a buyer: We study buyers' plan product by product and season by season. 3. Selection of companies: This is the most important aspect of our services. We select companies according to buyers' products and requirement. Companies are selected on the basis of following criteria. A. management and response time B. capacity C. financial strength D. ability to adapt to a change 4. Price negotiation: We negotiate prices with the vendor on the behalf of the buyer. 5. Follow up of the production and inspection of the shipment: We keep complete monitoring over the whole process of production and the make final inspection of the shipment. 6. Post shipment-follow up.
