SKEB offers the following specialized services for its clients(potential overseas employers): PRE-SELECTION Interaction with Clients to clearly understand the job description and the candidates' profile. Placing advertisements in local newspapers, if requested by clients. Arranging Open Houses to allow candidates to freely interact with potential employers. This gives the employers a better first hand experience of the prevailing scenario in India. Short-listing Resumes of suitable candidates and forwarding to client for approval and interview call, if required. SELECTION/INTERVIEW We follow a systematic process to identify and interview candidates. We systematically conduct various rounds of filtering and interviews as per our customers' requirements. We conduct General as well as Technical Interviews. We have our own Panel of Experts having huge experience in the field who conduct our technical interviews. Interviews can be conducted in any of over 20 Indian cities, at our affiliate offices. We also offer our Clients the option to be present/to conduct the interviews at any stage they desire. Clients can do final selection of candidates by telephonic interviews or live interviews as required. Offering our Office Facilities to our clients' disposal for conducting interviews etc. POST-SELECTION Facilitating entering into contracts with candidates and clients. Follow-up with candidates and ensuring they fulfill their obligations as required under the contract. Employees' Medical Formalities and check-ups through our affiliated medical clinics. Counseling/Briefing selected candidates about the Company and Job requirements as well as about the country, its culture and way of living, work ethics, etc. Assistance in Visa formalities(where ever possible) Complete travel arrangements through our in house IATA approved travel agency. We can undertake the entire placement job on a turnkey basis or render specific services to our customers from the various services offered by us as enumerated above. |
