CNC group numerical control machine tools have been introduced and advanced instruments have been used such as: spectrograph, X defect scope, three dimension measuring apparatus from abroad and molding instrument from domestic market. The alloy aluminum-titanium-silicon has been awarded as “Advanced S&T Prize (grade 2) of Henan Provincial Construction and Metallurgy”. One of its major products, motorcycle wheel hub, with an output of 600000 pieces, has now mainly been established as nominated supplier for serial domestic major motorcycle factories, the other key product, automobile wheel hub is mainly for overseas market. With more than 4 years experience in producing motorcycle wheel hub and the auto wheel hub, we have been able to meet relevant international standards (TUV, SFI, JWL) and its quality ranks among domestic auto wheel leading manufacturers. The current product enjoys very high reputation in USA market and the customer asks more, the company is now expanding the current production to one million per year so it needs proper partner to expand overseas market shares.
