A)wovens: Upperwear, casual shirts & blousons Fabrics used are: Cotton millmade solids and yarn dyed checks, as well As millmade polyester/viscose blends and polyester/cotton blends. We have recently introduced tencel blends also.. We offer various value added finishes on our garments by way of peaching and washing. Some of the washes we do are: Garment softener wash, sand wash, sand silk wash (for polyester blends), silicone wash & leather wash. Top fused stand up collar shirts are our speciality. B)knitwear: Upperwear in all kinds of knits in plain single jersey, interlock, dropneedle and jacquards using different types of fabrics in cotton, viscose & polyester. We also use different blends of yarns like tencel/polyester. Specialise in cotton double mercerised polos 2/60s yarn and single mercerised polos in 30s/1 yarns. We also have the facility of using space dyed yarns. Tencel/cotton garment dyed, tencel/polyester garment wash Moisture wicking, stain release, anti-bacterial treatments and other performance based garments also in our product line. Capacity: A)woven: (based on simple long sleeve shirts) Approximately 10,000 pcs per month and with subcontracting a further 5000 pieces is possible. For the subcontracted items, the cutting and finishing is done in house with stitching under strict control of our highly experienced quality contollers.
