Rotec is one of the most inportant companies who has flexibility in execution of the most different and complex equipment for metallurgy industry, cement industry, machine building industry, etc. Rotec is situated in Romania and presents a long history, being set-up in 1971. Sine 2001 the company is entirely private, the main shareholder being a Romanian company. As main customers we can mention: Marubeni Japan, Danieli Italy, Kaefer Raco Germany, Alstom France etc. As for the quality we have all the relative approvals and authorizations, please see below. Rotec has a total surface of 161992 sqm, with a covered surface of 86919 sqm and presents all the necessary endownment: Machine tools (parallel and vertical lathes), horizontal milling and boring machines, circular theeting machines, external cylindrical grinding machines; equipment and implements: Lifting and transport equipment (travelling cranes having a max. Capacity of 80 fto(it may be used 2 cranes with a total capacity of 130 fto), cutting equipment, CNC torch and plasma cutting machine etc; bending equipment;mechanical presses; sledge hammer:400,1000,2000 fkg; equipment for primary and secondary heat treatment, for superficial and thermochemical heat treatments, welding equipment and accesories; control equipment: For non-distructive control of welded joints - dye penetrate test PT, magnetic particle test, ultrasonic test, x-ray test, spectometer for chemical analyses; equipment for tightness control. Other equipment for shot and sand blasting, sheets bevelling, airless and spray painting.
