| About us | We are one of the leading manufacturers, processors, exporters of spices, pulses and other Indian groceries, located at Santej, Kalol(HACCP Certified)the commercial capital of the state of Gujarat in Western India. We have been recognized as an Export House by the Government of India and bestowed the Niryat Shree award for excellent export performance for the year 199899 by FIEO. We have also been accorded Spice House status by the Spices Board of India and have been permitted to use their mark of quality Indian Spices Logo on consumer packed spices exported by us. UNIT We have recently set up a plant equipped with the latest machinery and upgraded technology such as Seed spice cleaning plants, Sortex Machine, Fumigation Chamber, ETO& Steam Sterilization etc. As an expansion to our existing unit for the manufacturing and processing of Spices, Pulses and Groceries. Also, we have set up a plant for the manufacturing of Pickles, Pastes and Readytoeat items. We also have facility to provide you with heattreated and sterilized products, which are worldrecognized methods to control the microbiological contaminants. This plant covers a huge area of 28000 sq. Yards. The whole unit has been set up under the guidelines of a trained CFTRI Food Technologist. PRIVATE LABELING We specialize in private labeling. All the packing, labeling, bar coding, printing of ingredients, etc. Are done by us, here, on behalf of the buyers in accordance with their specifications. A strict check is maintained in all the departments so that only the best product reaches our buyers, reducing unnecessary hassles faced by them with regard to product quality. INHOUSE LABORATORY A wellequipped laboratory, functioning on the guidelines of the Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysore Indias premier scientific research institute and the Spices Board of India, Cochin has been setup at our unit at Santej, Kalol. The laboratory conducts tests to ascertain the presence of pests, microorganisms, pesticide residues in spices and other food products. Measures to control incidence of rodent pests are carried out regularly both inside& outside the unit. Prefumigation& post fumigation tests are done on samples, nutrition facts are determined and a host of other tests are conducted to maintain strict quality control. SPICE HOUSE CERTIFICATE& INDIAN SPICES LOGO Our emphasis on cleanliness and providing hygienic conditions of work and the use of modern machines for the same has helped us to win the much coveted Spice House Certificate of the Spices Board of India. In fact, our unit happens to be the first to be awarded the Certificate in Gujarat. We have also been awarded the use of Indian Spices Logo which is given to a few select exporters for offering only the best quality of spices in consumer packing. OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS We have won the Niryat Ratan/Niryat Shree award instituted by the Federation of Indian Export Organizations(FIEO) the mother body of all export organizations of India for excellent export performance in the year 199899& Awarded by Spice Board. |
