| About us | We have very good knowledge of World Commodities business for over 40 years. We have excellent relations with most of the Solvent Plants, Export Houses, Trading and Star Trading houses including Semi-Government, Government and Cooperative Societies in India. We are in regular contact with most of the Vanaspati Plants & Refineries including all the importers of all types of Edible Oils. From 1961 to 1966, we have been the sole agents of M/s. Holland Colombo Trading Co. Ltd., London (International Group). From 1966 to 1978, we have been the Sole Agents of M/s. J. H. Rayner Ltd., London. From 1978 to 1982, we have been the sole agents of M/s. Alfred C. Toepfer. From 1984 to 1990, we have been the sole agents of M/s. G. Premjee Ltd., Bangkok. From 1962 till the collapse of communism, we were one of the main principal Brokers for Russia, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania and GDR. From 1968 to 1980, we have been the sole agents of M/s. Nichimen Corporation, Japan and M/s. Kane Matsu Corporation, Japan. Besides these, from 1978 onwards, we were trading directly with major consumers of Indian De-oiled cakes in Far East and Asia Pacific Region. Our activities in de-oiled cakes covers supply to local Compound-Feed Manufacturers, Supplying to Exporters to serve their Export Contracts and also selling to all the Multi-National Companies like Cargill, Bunge, Louis Dreyfus, Toepfer, Concordia, Noble Grains etc. As stated above we are also selling on C & F basis directly to many consumers. Our experience in Edible Oils Market starts from 1961, when for the first time Government of India had allowed Export of Refined Groundnut Oil. The second Open General License (OGL) Import Policy came in 1977 to 1981, during which period; we were one of the biggest Import Brokers of Edible Oils, with market share of more than 50% of total imports into India. During current OGL Policy of Import in 1996, we initially abstained from the imported Edible Oils market, because of the Far East crisis and crisis in Edible Oils Market in India. We once again started dealing in Edible Oils since 1999 in Soft Oils and Palm Oils and Palm Products. Page 2 : PAGE 2 : We have separate Brokerage division for Wheat, Wheat Flour, Rice, Sugar, Peanuts, Sesame Seed etc. We are presently dealing in all type of De-oiled Cakes, Edible Oils and other Agri Commodities with substantial turnover. We will render you excellent services by giving daily information of the prevailing prices, demand and supply, crop reports and our Market Reports. Our services starts right from informing our valued customers crop report, prevailing market conditions on regular basis, negotiation of a deal, issuing the contracts and supervising cargo movement for shipment and all other services till the shipments are satisfactorily completed.
