Below is information for your further notice:  Product range: Our main product is Monocrystalline Silicon ingots, grown by CZ-technique, and wafers. We manufacture Electronic-grade silicon ingots for all standards. It is used by our customers for manufacturing all kinds of electronic components, such as semiconductors, diodes, batteries, etc. Some of it is used in microelectronics. Our other orientation is Solar-grade silicon. We are able to provide solar standard grade silicon, as well as to grow crystalls according with your specification. Our standard Solar grade silicon goes according with this specification: boron-doped, dislocation free silicon ingots; 125, 135 or 150 mm in the diameter; orientation: <100>, carrier lifetime: ¡Ý 10 s, oxygen content: less than 1,01018 §ãm-3, carbon content: less than 5,01016 §ãm-3. All of our ingots are doped with boron or phosphorus. Diameters vary from 76 to 150 mm.  Samples to test your products: Samples are available. Before we provide samples we request detailed specification of the product that customer needs.
