Our wooden bat factory has the microwave dehydrate system installation to balanced moisture timbers for bat productions. Our wooden bat factory is capable to provide 1 PC solid maple bat, maple lamination bat, maple/bamboo lamination bat, and bamboo lamination bat. We own the exclusive patent rights of the construction of lamination bat in mainland china and taiwan. Over the boarder of russia and north china, we also own a timber farm to secure our wood materials. Baseball factory introduction: Our baseball/softball factory is one of the major supplier in world's baseball industry. After the april of year 2004, our factory will be upgraded into the second large baseball manufacutrer in the world. Today, our baseball/softball are sold into north american market, japan market, korean market, taiwan market, and other regions around the world.50% of our ball productions are shipping to USA market; over 30% of our productions are shipping into japanese market for the professional league and recreational use; professional korean league takes 5% of our annual productions, and there are 15% productions shipping for taiwan and other international markets. Glove factory: Our taiwan glove factory is mainly manufacturing the professional grade gloves for USA professional league, japan professional league, and taiwan professional league. There are also two other mid-low level glove factories in china. Both of the factories are general acknowledged as the best glove factory in china due to its professional management and quality control. Our annual production capacity of the glove factories is 1.5 million pcs per year. Today, we have also increased our protector's gear development group in our glove factory, so we can provide all our clients the newest gear in the market trend for our clients' needs. Graphite composite bat factory: Graphite composite bat has been studied in the market since 10 years ago; however, the item was not successfully produced for market's demand at the past 10 years. Today, most of the major brand companies in the industry invest funds and time to research their own graphite composite bat since the success of composite bat presented by miken sports. Graphite composite bat is now the trend of the high performance bat; it will definitely be the replacement item for high performance aluminum bat production. We have now successfully developed our graphite composite bat for brett bros. And the bat has been approved by asa. Our new bat factory is now under the building construction and will be finished by the coming april. The factory has invested almost 4 million us dollars on the factory allocation and test machines purchase. |
