Located at the 2nd Industrial City of Dammam, we now serve Local, GCC& International Oil, Gas& other Sectors. The fully equipped Die Designing& Manufacturing facilities, manned with highly qualified/experienced personnel distinguish us from others. The advanced machining cell based CNC machining lines assures total customer satisfaction. Facilities for Testing, Heat Treatment, Painting, Marking, etc, are all realized within PFF premises to be able to deliver a finished, ready to fit& use product to the customer by deploying international norms& meeting the requisite customer standards. ISO 9001:2000, AD2000 Merkblatt W0, PED/97/23/EC and API 6A-0686 are already on hand. With this pro-active approach, we are confident of satisfying customer requirements. The main assets for meeting our customer expectations are: - 2 closed Die forging press lines comprising of 2500 Ton mechanical forging press with 800kw induction billet heater and 350Ton mechanical trim press 4000Ton mechanical forging press with 1260kw induction coil heater and 500Ton mechanical trim press. Full fledged Die manufacturing facility for meeting the die& tooling requirements of both the lines. Heat treatment supported by a state of art metallographic& mechanical testing facility for ensuring total conformity to the specified requirements. CNC 5 station machining work station for machining flanges and similar products. Metrological Standards Room with the supportive infrastructure for ensuring adequate reliability of the measuring instruments for the quality verification of the product during process of the final acceptance. A 6500 MT Mechanical Forging Press on the pipeline for the year 2004 With the above facility we are equipped to manufacture Precision Closed Die Forged products in the weight range of 2 Kg to 50.0 Kg for following industries: - Flanges Automobiles Earthmoving Equipments Petroleum& Petrochemicals Electric Power Generation& Transmission Railways Defence Nodes for Space Frame Structures Forged Gasket Rings( Metal Seal Rings) Cement, etc. For products made from Carbon, Low Alloy, and Stainless Steels and for Aluminum, Copper, and their alloys by addition of some balancing facilities. J. D. Edward's ERP Systems Full Menu comprising(Financial, Sales/Distribution, Inventory, Procurement, HRA& Manufacturing Modules) have been put in place& practiced from commencement stage itself. This would cover data receipt, storage, retrieval or transmittal as may be desired by customers, except Co-branded products based on long-term agreements.
