Selection of mould materials - materials are carefully selected to reduce wear and maximise thermal conductivity for effective coolingand shorter cycle time. B. Faster maintenance - we incorporate modular design and maintain interchngeability i. E. The mould construction will facilitate easy dismantling and replacement of worn out parts. C. Engineers go through all the aspects of preliminary information received from the customer so as to assimilate the design parameters. Design drawings go through a series of criticality inspections. A thorough documentation of all the checks and comments ensures the quality history is accessible at all the times for a particular mould.
