| About us | Turnover in year 2003 was 5,3 Mill. US$. This year we expect a turnover of near 6,0 Mill. US$ Our main activity is concentrated in the following areas: Planning of production with our partners (factories and customers) well ahead before each season: Total quantities, and quantities per month. Introduction of new patterns and new models, or changes of existing ones if needed. Upon receipt of fabric swatches, we do order and purchase the trimmings for each factory separately. We do organize transport and custom clearance of all trimmings and fabric. We keep inventory of all receiving (on a separate template) for each factory. We keep weekly reports of cutting, and production reports. Twice a year we make inventory. We take care of quality control of all coming materials, production and finished goods. All our partners-producers are ISO 9001 certified. Upon completion of production, we organize shipment, custom clearance and insurance of ready goods. |
