Plasto-sac offers its high-tech 'creative solutions in packaging', both customized and off-the-shelf, in the form of semi-finished films or finished products. This wide range embraces the following fields: The rubber and tire industries - bags for accelerators and fine chemicals; r-1& r-20 protective release films; Plastic envelopes - tamper-proof security envelopes; waterproof, paper-like courier envelopes; Shrink films and covers - regular, superstrong, anti-stick, etc. LDPE films for lamination - extremely low-tolerance, monolayer or coextruded; Heavy duty films and bags - monolayer or coextruded. Anti-slip surface for ease of stacking. In all these domains of activity, plasto-sac avails itself of its well-equipped laboratory and its r&d team in order to adapt existing products to customer requirements and to develop new products according to customer specified needs. All products are manufactured from high quality raw-materials, carefully sourced in israel and abroad. Plasto-sac headquarters and its main production site are situated in the north industrial zone of yavne, south to tel-aviv. Their total surface is 6,900 sq. M. Of which 3,700 are covered. The plant design abides by modern standards and houses eight extrusion and coextrusion lines, working three shifts daily under the tight supervision of a skilled workforce of engineers, technicians and maintenance staff. The production processes and the products themselves are subjected to quality control and quality assurance systems conforming with ISO 9002, the most exacting national and international standards relevant and to specific quality standards imposed by discerning european and u. S. Customers. Plasto-sac has established an excellent reputation for its high-quality, punctual and reliable customer services. The plasto-sac technical team works in close harmony with the customers, whether in israel or in europe and the u. S. Maintains regular contacts with them, supplies them promptly and offers technical assistance when needed. Since 1994, plasto-sac is a public company, with stocks traded in the tel-aviv stock-exchange. This move has enabled the company to embark upon an expansion program involving the purchase of the very latest coextrusion equipment and the development of new product lines and processes. |
