About us | Penman Strategic Limited was founded and operated by Stewart Milne. Stewart spent almost 25 years operating in the Business Information Sector with such companies as Dun & Bradstreet, Experian and ultimately operating as Managing Director of Equifax Commercial in Europe, a Fortune 500 company. Stewart was instrumental in turning round the fortunes of Equifax Commercial and personally designed anti-fraud protection scoring systems along with credit scoring systems and management information systems for some of the UK and Europe's largest companies. Stewart was the former Chairperson of the Business Information Providers Association (B. I. P. A. ) and was also instrumental in governing Equifax Commercial's Year 2k challenges and Data Protection compliance. Penman Strategic Limited was formed in Dec 2003, combining the business information, sales and telesales management skills together in such a way as to enhance the success rate of selling consultancy into the UK SME sector and this has resulted in a unique offering which we believe is unrivalled. The need for a supporting network of business solution providers was identified in September 2004 and the Penman Strategic Preferred Supplier Service was designed to fill that need. Typically in the UK we have invited Business Solution providers across the following sectors to join and become a Penman Preferred Supplier.
