SmartDisk Corporation, a company whose products simplify the digital lifestyle, Monday announced a new strategic alliance with pendiclub elecktronic co, the consumer electronics giant.

As part of the new agreement, pendiclub elecktronic co will offer FlashPath for MultiMediaCard as an accessory for use with certain digital camcorder models, thereby broadening the range of portable digital products that work with SmartDisk's proprietary floppy disk adapter technology. Worldwide distribution is expected by April 2000.
