| About us | Palace delikatese d. O. O. Establish by the Palace hotel is the logical continuation of a hundred year old gastronomic tradition of the oldest Zagreb hotel. Since these early days, a continuous century old tradition of keeping the culinary and gastronomic skills has ben preserved, wich many foreign and local guests had the opportonity to taste. Besides, many fellow citizens have chosen Palace for a place of a special and formal occasion and celebrations, thus giving their confidence to wizards of delicaciesthat have been improving their skills to perfection through generations, in order to present themselves it their best appearance to the gastronomically demanding public. The inevitable passage of time and the "blessings" of civilisation deprive us of our leisure time, and it becomes even more difficult to spent the time cooking in order to get en extraordinary meal high quality, rich in flavour and od enchanting smell, one that seizes our senses by mere looking at it.
