Existing structure The group started its activities from a single real estate agency in 1982, construction followed as the next venture. After successfully networking a range of real estate agencies and construction companies in 2 major cities of Pakistan, it was next chosen for exploration. Over the past four years, pakrealestate has become the hallmark brand developed by Pakistan dot com technologies (pvt. ) ltd. After starting off initially as a real estate portal, the site has grown organically and now attracts over half a million impressions per month. The business has also provided a useful training ground for the management of Pakistan dot com technologies (pvt. ) ltd. The experience, resources, and intellectual capital that have been built will be put into further use to provide the courage for launching another business portal pypol. Management The group is managed by a team of professionals with experience in it, marketing, real estate brokerage, real estate marketing, property management and finance.
