We buy Wild Salmon and Yellow fin tuna from fishermen who are in the full respect of catch quotas and fishing closed season. Salmon is fished only in July and August by purse seine boats and Tuna by liners, both of them frozen on board to keep all the freshness of the products. Our factories respect of course all the strictest European norms and use an HACCP way to ensure the best for pouches process in our high technologic plants. Dedicated to caterers, food-services companies, take-away shops, restaurants or retails, our products range offers different way for the consumption of seafood. It can be packed in slices, looking like steak, handy to grill or to pan, chunks, ideal for sandwiches and salads, and flakes, perfect to mix with sauce as mayonnaise or tomato sauce. Pouches are our pride because of their great effects on the manner to use, compare to traditional cans: - Easy, tear open package - Fresh tasting, tender texture - 24 months shelf-life, without refrigeration.
