Our team of dedicated engineers ensures that the finished products meet with customers' requirement and satisfaction by monitoring the products during the developing stages, IPQC and final inspection. We are specialized in managing OEM projects on an exclusive basis and guarantee confidentiality on all inquiries assigned to our organization. QUALITY SYSTEM: Although our company is not ISO 9000 certified yet we follow the whole system of ISO 9000 and also TS-16949 system. To comply with some reputable customers demands, we have to provide PPAP documentation before we launch the project. Every tools must be charged after samples are approved by customers. Moreover, to enhance our customers' confidence and stay comforting in working along with us, we have insured with Product Liability Insurance for all of our customers. Beside, we have 2 warehouses in Hamburg providing delivery from warehouses for our German customers in order to shorten delivery lead time. Now we are working the same function for our USA customers. The warehouse is planned to get ready in 2005.. |
