Textiles unit Our concern engaged from 2002 onwards in the manufacture of home furnishing textiles products in different varieties. We are exporting high quality 100% cotton bed sheets, polyster+cotton mixing bed sheets, bed covers, pillow covers, table linen, kitchen linen, table cloths of other products, which are well sought after for their distinct vibrancy of colors& textures. Our production capacity is 5 lakh sq. Meters per month; this has helped us in fulfilling the demands of quality conscious buyers in south africa, europe, u. S. A. Canada and asian countries. Process methods For quality maintaining we are adopted the following steps: Quality yarn is purchased from reputed spinning mills/dealers dying done by in our unit where we have facilities for manual, machine dyeing and lab testing. After lab testing the yarn is issued to the weavers who are located around karur, erode and thirupur. After supplying yarns we will follow the weavers through our qualified supervisors. Weaving is done by handloom, power loom and auto looms. After finished our products with our supervisors get the production by the weavers and thoroughly check the quality by our chief superiors and then finished fabrics are printed by table printing, stitching in our in-house units under our supervision after finished our products twice thoroughly inspect then packed with poly cover bags each and every products and packed with well experienced person at sea worthy packages Infrastructure We are engaged in qualified technical team, supervisors in 7 power loom operators 20 persons for dyeing purpose we are engaged in 5 members and stitching purpose we are engaged in 25 members and over all work done doing 3 members. Totally our staff 60 members. Our unit function in 3000 sq.
