Our process: Our simple approach to assure the success of your continuous improvement process is divided in three phases: Phase I: Assessment of needs The process begins with the analysis of needs. This assessment identifies the areas that need immediate attention and determines the direction that your company and PCM must take in order to address the internal requirements of your organization. Phase II: Implementation The custom designed implementation is structure to fulfill the skills and information requirements of your business and, more importantly, to put these new skills and tools into practice in the day-to-day operations. On the floor working sessions are utilized to introduce new techniques. One-to-one training and group facilitation are used, on-the-job, to put new techniques into practice.
