| About us | Since being moved to it's new factory site in beylikduzu at 1989, oypar is now supplying back plates for automobile, bus and off-road machine disc brake systems to almost all disc brake pad manufacturers in Turkey. Out of our production range 20% is produced through fine blanking and the rest 80% through the conventionel blanking process. Beside this steps, oypar renovating itself. Our newly bought machines, our tooling department developed and manufacturing quality inreased. With this way, our old toolings renewing by our tooling department and new toolings preparing more faster and they have more quality. Besides the turkish market, oypar is also exporting back plates to European and middle east countries. Regarding to our new agreements, oypar would be supplier of - europe's biggest brake pad producer - bendix in the near future. Along with sheet metal parts production of version shapes and thicknesses, oypar provides a further service of marking all kinds of press toolings for industrial firms. Dedication to high quality and employment of adequately skilled stuff are oypar's prime assets in the make of blanking, cutting, stamping, shaping, and drawing press tools.
