Our strong and experienced R&D team has developed initial proprietary technologies and products in the US, and we have made prototypes and tested these products in animals and humans in China to save time and money. Products A) LED beauty device and special new cosmeceutical cream to firm skin and reduce wrinkles: Oulian has successfully developed a novel skin-care product(patentpending) to reduce facial wrinkling and the aging effects of bags and circles around the eyes. Oulian's LED(light-emittingdiode) device(CollaLight)is made up of LED bulbs of specific wavelength, specific light emitting angle, specific light strength, and specific pulsating frequency. The final light output is less than 10 mw/cm2 skin area covered. The mild light does not damage the skin, yet LED light can still penetrate into the epidermis to stimulate collagen production. Oulian's patented product has an essential companion, CollaCream skin-firming cream, applied to the area illuminated by the CollaLight. The active ingredient in CollaCream is a unique lipid-soluble small molecule collagenase inhibitor. In our quantitative human skin cell experiment, we have observed significant higher collagen production(10X)using our cosmeceutical alone, and synergistic collagen production effects(50X)using our LED panel and cosmeceutical CollaCream. We also observed fantastic human test results in six beauty salon field tests in China. B) Genetic-engineered Protein Drug as an agent for chemical liposuction Using recombinant DNA technology, Oulian has identified, cloned and purified a mutant form of a certain type of bacterial collagenase that has the optimal activity to melt animal fat under the skin(patentpending). Our purified protein dissolves subcutaneous fat tissues of obese rats in our animal testing experiments, with almost no effects. For entry into pre-clinical studies, Oulian has set up collaboration with a well-known university in China to produce a large quantity of our protein product. Initial production and purification of our product have already been performed successfully. |
