About us | Dried mushrooms are available year-round; fresh mushrooms are seasonal. No minimum order is required, and samples are available for a nominal fee. Our fresh mushroom season begins sometime in September with chanterelles and continues with matsutake (Oct. -Nov. ) and winter mushrooms (black trumpet, hedgehog and yellowfoot from Nov. Through Mar. ). We have been harvesting and selling wild Oregon mushrooms for the past three years; the group consists of commercial mushroom harvesters with experience ranging from three years to over 20 years.
