About us | Selecting and Blending Our experienced team of Coffee liquorers taste approximately 1500 cups of coffee a week and only the finest Kenyan coffee is selected for our customers to enjoy. The coffee is specially blended to bring out all the characteristics that give Kenyan Coffee its worldwide reputation for outstanding quality. All our green coffees are carefully processed prior to roasting. Beans pass through sophisticated mechanical and manual sorting machines to remove any bean defects. Roasting A state of the roasting technology combined with decades of expertise in skillful art of roasting to develop aroma and flavour give our products a qualitative distinction. Roasting changes the colour of the beans from green to brown and releases the essential oils that hold coffee's delectable aroma. We offer medium and dark roast in our specialty blends to carter for all tastes. Lighter roasting brings out mild and mellow flavours. Dark Roast makes for strong full-bodied coffee. Special attention is paid to insurance consistency and optimum extraction of our medium and fine grind coffees. Fine ground coffee is used for espresso machines and medium ground for plunger pots.
