| About us | From 1960 to 1985 G. ABDUL BASHEER managed the company. In 1985 the general management of the business was taken over by his children Mr. B. YOUNUS PASHA (Chairman), Mr. B. TABREZ SHAIK (Managing Director), Mr. B. NAFEES PASHA (Managing Partner), KHAIS PASHA (Managing Partner) and their brothers with G. ABDUL BASHEER to provide advice and support in his role as Chief Mentor. Mr. B. YOUNUS PASHA is a very capable businessman and has proven his ability through the growth experienced by the company during his time as Chairman. The management of NEM is skilled and experienced in all aspects of their positions including, financial management, human resource management, and quality/safety systems management. The NEM has entered into a Franchisee Agreement with M/s ICICI Bank for its Direct Sales Associates (DSA), which means the firm is authorized to franchise for used Construction Equipment Business with ICICI Bank Ltd.
