Manufacturing Inc., US and Ningbo Beilun Chenglong Automobile & Motorcycle Moulds Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It specializes in design, research, development and manufacture of moulds. Ningbo Beilun Chenglong Automobile & Motorcycle Moulds Manufacturing Co., Ltd., as one party, was established in 1986 and owns USD3.4 million of fixed assets, a covering land of 12,000 square meters and rich experiences in production and sales of its specialized field of mould process for fittings used in automobiles, motorcycles, light fittings, computers and ovenware. 70% of its products are sold to dozens of countries and regions including the US, Southeast Asia, Canada and Taiwan. Ningbo Zhongyu Moulds Manufacturing Co., Ltd. takes technology as its orientation, goes in depth of the corporate culture and stresses on individual analysis to meet demand of different clients. Through many years' accumulation of practice, a production line based on machining center, punching machine, electric impulse, CNC wire cutter, ultrasonic wave wearing machine and three-coordinate tester has gradually taken shape. The company applies CAD/CAM/CAE in mould design and manufacture, in an all-round way and enlarges the scale of mould standard workshop. Meanwhile, it reintroduces equipment form Japan and Taiwan, and technical and managerial personnel from the US and Taiwan to enhance the strength of the company.
