Many proprietary, state-of-the-art features have been incorporated into these designs, which include cell conditioning (to remove the ?memory? effect in nickel cadmium batteries), very rapid charging of cellular phones (as fast as 15 minutes) and, most recently, an ultra low-cost lithium charger for cellular phones and PDA?s. |
