Rabih thought to himself why can't I just create some sort of device which will eliminate this frustration. A second event was to give another "nudge" to this concept. On a Friday afternoon a simple mistake would lead to a major headache; when a fax was unplugged instead of a shredder whilst waiting for urgent legal documents. The error was discovered too late in the day resulting in a major legal transaction being missed. It was at that point that Rabih decided to put the wheels in motion to actually develop the power plug label idea and he immediately invited his friend and business advisor Joe Diaz into a partnership that has seen the simple concept take off in all sorts of directions.
