Main Products Oleoresin Paprika(oil soluble) Description: Oleoresin paprika is obtained by solvent extraction of dried ripe chilli, refined by CO2 Supercritical Fluid Extraction and fractionation technology to remove pungency and residual solvent. Organoleptic characteristics: clear dark red oily liquid, nearly free of pungency and without rancidity. Specifications: Color value (1): 100,000 c.u. Capsaicin (2): below 0.02% Residual solvent (3): below 30 ppm Packing: HDPE drums: 20kg, 25kg; Iron drum: 15kg   Oleoresin Paprika(water soluble) Description: Oleoresin paprika is obtained by solvent extraction of dried ripe chilli, refined by CO2 Supercritical Fluid Extraction and fractionation technology to remove pungency and residual solvent, some additives are used to make it free flowing and water soluble. Organoleptic characteristics: clear dark red oily liquid, nearly free of pungency and without rancidity. Specifications: Color value (1): 60,000 c.u. Capsaicin (2): below 0.02% Residual solvent (3): below 30 ppm Packing: Iron drum: 15kg   Capsicum Oleoresin Description: Oleoresin capsicum is obtained by solvent extraction of dried ripe chilli, and subsequent removal of solvent from it. Organoleptic characteristics: dark red oily liquid with high pungency of chilli.
