| About us | Nahhas world business center was originally involved in cleaning chemicals, and to this product range, chemical raw materials for detergents, paints, petrochemicals and pharmaceutical industries were added as of mid 1984. As of 1985, we started small re-export business into the neighboring markets which included Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, saudi arabia, UAE and Kuwait. Nowadays our export activities cover the entire middle east and north Africa region. By mid of 1997, we had the opportunity to get involved in an environment related business, specifically biological treatment of various types of water and waste water excluding portable water. This new opportunity has opened up for us a new and unlimited horizon. Within this product line, our area of business activities has, as early of 1999 expanded to cover the entire Europe, the indian sub-continent and a sizeable part of Asia. As a result of this expansion, we had established three technical support centers: One in amman/Jordan for the middle eastern market, and one in linz/Austria for german speaking markets and one in Brussels/Belgium for french speaking markets. Furthermore, to supply our european clients, a bonded warehouse was established in linz/Austria, and the snow ball is still rolling thus growing. Being a family organization, we are committed to build our business on three major concepts: -honesty: To be honest with our suppliers, customers, and employees. -integrity: To adhere to the strictest code of moral, and to the highest human values. -fairness: To be fair to self and others. Nahhas world business center is managed by mr. Mohammad h. Nahhas, chairman and managing director, -engineer mrs. Rula nahhas, and -attorney mr. Rami M. Nahhas, As personal consultants for technical and legal affairs. -mr. Samer M. Nahhas, finance and accounting manager. -dip. Ing. Mr. Manfred selan, head of the german specking technical support center. -engineer mr. Gerrit van rompaey, head of french speaking technical support center. In addition to the above top consultants and managers, the company has some 25 other people specialized in material, human resources marketing, distribution and sales management. The following is a summation of our policies of procedures: - maintaining a minimum of equivalent to four months sales in stock of each and every product. Thus never turn down an order or delay its supply because of in sufficient stock. - never ship a product with less than two thirds of its shelf-life. - payment terms are either cash in advance or confirmed letter of credit. - credit line is available at cost for well established distributors. - never sell products directly to end users. We must always have our own exclusive distributors in each and every market/country. - all trade secrets which we come to know by the virtue of dealing with our suppliers, customers and sub-distributors, unless a court of law requests otherwise, will remain secrets for good. - we stand behind our products technically, financially, and ethically until it is fully and satisfactorily consumed by the end users. |
