This is evident from the repeated calls for product support. In October 2002 to reflect the commitment to the business PT Mulus Mandiri moved to its own building at Graha Mulus Mandiri, Jl. Dewi Sartika No.133, Jakarta 13630, Indonesia. This building with a total built up area of 1,000 square meters is ideally located off the toll highway. Hence it is extremely convenient for Mulus Mandiri's personnel to visit customers or deliver parts. Likewise it is the same for customers who want to visit this facility to understand the business commitment not only in terms of parts stock inventory but also the components workshop, training center and administration office. Used components are shipped from installations all over Indonesia for quality reconditioning at this workshop. Mulus in Bahasa Indonesia means smooth and Mandiri means independent.
