This division also specializes in support services for numerous CAD and PLM applications. Product Engineering - Modern has the capability to take a product product from concept to production. The Product Engineering group has vast experience in the engineering and design of exterior (metal and composites), interior (hard and soft trim), seating, mechanical components, lighting systems, chassis, engine and powertrain. Technical Staffing - Modern is a major technical staffing provider to multiple industries. The staffing division primarily recruits for technical positions (i.e. engineers, designers, program and project managers, technicians and IT professionals), but also recruits administrative, executive and support personnel. Four primary services are offered: Contract staffing, direct placement, contract-to-direct and managed staffing (for clients who have numerous contract employees and/or suppliers and are looking for third-party administration to help manage or fully outsource this function). Modern Digital Manufacturing Center of Excellence - To establish the most lean, efficient and safe operations for its clients, Modern operates a digital manufacturing center of excellence. The center has the capability to fully simulate a manufacturing system from raw material point-of-origin to finish product point-of-use. Simulations can be developed for: Proof of concepts, library modeling; factory layout; throughput analysis; material flow; logistics; ergonomics and human factors; tool design; robotics; packaging and more.j Modern Engineering Arava Vehicle Test Center - Modern is operating a new vehicle testing program in Israel's Southern Arava Valley - the most extreme, hot weather environment in the world.
