The exact settlement of what every project needs is the base of our consulting service in order to draw up a proposal which corresponds to the client expectation. Basically we develop our activity in the following areas: 1. Creative area: Image of the product and selection of the designer. We may cooperate with designers already chosen by the client or we may propose italian or foreign designers with different professional backgrounds in order to provide services as follow: A) settlement of the image of the product B) selection of free-lance designers skilled in factory brands and private label C) selection of designers with their own collection already established on the market D) selection of new designers with their own collection in start up phases E) logo and packaging proposal 2. Textile area: Woven, knit fabric and yarns choice. According to the settled range price we provide to the client the selection of fabric and yarn suppliers and the choice of the materials, including the following services: A) preparation of seasonal trend panels B) study of exclusive fabrics and patterns for embroidery and prints on different grounds C) consultation of the historical master files of several fabric producers We may also provide additional services for the clients interested only to export fabric and yarns from italy: D) preparation and delivery of swatches and color cards E) delivery of price list and technical card of the fabrics and yarns F) attendance to the commercial relationship with the suppliers G) check of the production progress and delivery. 3. Clothing area: Sampling and production of collection in woven, knit fabric and knitwear According to the settled range price and production minimum, we provide to the selection of manufacturers suitable to sample and to produce the finished product, including the following services: Sampling: A) estimate of the cost of prototypes and samples. B) briefing, mix of the product and timing settlement C) designer's activity coordination D) study of personalized accessories, such as lining, buttons, trimming E) merchandising of the collection F) preparation of sketches and styles/fabric or yarns combining panels G) preparation of stitches and jacquard pattern H) preparation of photo-book I) check of sampling progress and delivery of the collection Production: A) estimate of finished product cost B) timing settlement C) attendance to the commercial relationship with the suppliers D) check of the production progress and delivery Concerning knitwear, it may be considered as a product coordinated with the woven part of the collection or presented to be sold by itself. Moreover we may provide to a pick up service from other collections. |
