In best year we exported 28680 kilos. We are exporters of wild mushrooms from india, varities/species we export are: 1) morchella conica/morchella easculenta(known as morels) 2) verpa bhomicas 3) gyromitra easculenta 4) black fungus 5) oyster mushrooms We give hereunder grade specifications for various grades of wild mushrooms(morels) which we are exporting. A) morchella conica/morchella easculenta(known as morels) - special qlty head 2-5 cm no tails - special qlty head 1-4 cm no tails - mini special qlty head 0.5 - 2 cm no tails - extra qlty head 1-6 cm tail 1-2 cm - standard qlty head 2-6 cm tail 1-4 cm - morel tails sized 0.5 cm and up Goods are pkd in 10 kg cardboard ctns outerly covered with plastic bags. 2)walnut kernels: We are especially specializing in the export of walnut kernels of which we are doing about 120 to 125 containers every year. In one cntr we are shpg 10500 kgs to 11000 kgs depending on quality to quality i. E.1050 ctns to 1100 ctns.
