We hire pessenger buses and taxis, trucks and lorries for haulage and carriage of goods and persons. We are also involved in the buying and selling of agricultural products and finished goods in Nigeria. In the course of our bussiness, we have identified some shortcomings in the transportation system in the city of Port Harcourt, Rivers State of Nigeria. PORT HARCOURT is an oil rich city. Very rich in hydrocarbon(crude oil and gas)and because of this, there is an influx of people from all over the world into Port Harcourt, on a daily bases. The city can no longer cope with this, transport wise(land and marine). So many people very little means of transportation. What is available is inadequate, ineffective, inefficient, old and out-dated. The situation is chaotic. The city is in deep need of a very effective transport system and urgently too. It requires very safe, comfortable buses and other means of transportation now. It is for this reason that Mbenta ltd is seeking investors in this area to partner with it to provide very efficient and effective but safe and comfortable land and marine/water transport system for the city of Port Harcourt.
