| About us | About Us: Masach Technologies Ltd. Was founded in 1994 with the purpose of providing a local fabrication facility for customizing RF shield. Over the past 10 years our company has supported the local electronics industry with design back up, technical drawings, fast prototyping and medium to high volume production runs. In-house developed fabrication techniques together with dedicated tooling has placed us in a unique and advantagious position of being capable to quickly produce precision functional products. Quality is assured via our ISO 9002 management system which monitors all aspects of design, production, inspection and dispatch. Our Mission: We, at Masach are committed to providing our customers with over 12 years of accumulated experience in RF shield can fabrication. We will continue to develop new ideas and fabrication techniques in order to keep up with the ever increasing demands of the industry. We value and thank our loyal customers and suppliers for their business. Facilities: Fabrication and design are carried out on our 650 Sq. Meter factory. Over 30 metric tons of different suitable raw materials are stored ready for any size production run. Shield blanks are generated on custom built CNC punching machines capable of processing material as thin as 0.1mm. Medium volume blanks are processed straight from coil on our unique Multi-punch CNC center. For large volume production runs, we will design and build suitable press tools. Stamping equipment includes 50,25 and 15 Ton hydraulic presses with respective controlled electronic feeding, straightening and decoiling systems. |
