Responding to the world environmental crisis we have restructured our business model and repositioned the company to provide solutions from the impact of human induced global warming, mainly caused through the use of fossil fuels. Marvel energy biodiesel technology is now available. Our cutting edge technology will be sold worldwide through master licensing agreements and joint venture partners, establishing an economically viable and ecologically friendly fuel alternative. The company additional biotechnology products will continue to be sold domestically, a marketing strategy is currently under review for a worldwide launch in the first quarter of 2005.
