Customer Care Services: we offer these services on 24/6 basis though email, chat and ticket system. Currently we are offering such services to one US based client. We maintain a team of five persons for this assignment on a 24/6 basis. 2. Website updation: we are offering this service to one US based client for their Adventure Racing website. Job involves updating the website with race events and results. 3. Data analysis: data analysis services cover the whole gamut of data entry, document conversions, coding, upcoding and data analysis (with the help of statistical software packages like SPSS, Statistica, Sphinx, etc). 4. Marketing Research: we undertake marketing research studies in India (including research plan, sampling plan, questionnaire design, data entry, data analysis and reporting) 5. Blogging: we are offering these services to one US based client for their 30 websites. All of our clients are totally satisfied with our timeliness, accuracy and coverage. Our charges vary between $3.00 to 6.00 per hour depending on the job involved. Our usual charges for Customer Care, Website Updation / Linking and Blogging are $3.00 per hour, while those for Technical Customer Care and Data Analysis hover around $6.00 per hour.
