Vivek Polychem Pvt. Ltd. has founded in the year 1995 by prominent industrialist with an ultramodern and latest technology plant. This was the first plant of its kind in Uttar Pradesh with a small capacity of 180 Mt. per annum. We began catering to the growing requirements of India polymer processing industry. Today we rank among pioneer manufacturers of wide range of polyethylene masterbatches/colour concentrates and other plastic compounds. By keeping our endeavours to provide cost efficient quality masterbatch with customer service and their satisfaction as our moto, we have now grown up to a capacity of 3600 Mt. per annum. Thanks to our valued customers who placed confidence on us and trusted our quality standards since inception. The need of colour masterbatches is focused with the task of providing reliable, durable and aesthetically pleasing plastic products. With advances taking place in both additives and pigments technology, we are performing the task of constantly updating material selection and processing conditions to provide economically viable and functional masterbatches and colour concentrates. Our manufacturing facility is equipped with highly automated state-of-the-art plant and machinery and latest instrumentation laboraratory. We have most advanced R&D department and quality assurance facilities. We conclude our production inder strictest supervision and all our masterbatches undergo rigorous quality checking before dispatch. |
