Hyderabad). 9. Documents to be furnished: Also necessary exemption certificates I. E. Central Excise Duty and Sales Tax Exemption certificates are to be furnished well in advance or along with Supply Order. In addition to this any other Export documents are also to be furnished whenever we required. 10. Force Majeure: Time of Delivery/Dispatch indicated is not guaranteed and may be extended due to delays occasioned by causes beyond the Companys control including Force Meguro, Strike, Lock-out, Fire, Floods, Breakdown of machinery or Non-availability of Aadequate power, water, Raw materials transport facility etc. 11. Transit Risk: The Company is not responsible for damage/delays in transit, in case the supply is on Ex-Works basis. 12. Dispute: Cement supplied by us conforms to the Standards prescribed by such Indian Standards. Any dispute arising in Test House mutually agreed upon by way of drawing samples. The Testing Fee shall be to the Buyers Account. 13. Jurisdiction: Contract shall be subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only. |
