| About us | Aster Apparels has been a committed vendor and partner to many big established brand names in Europe and the US. Aster Apparels has a well organized infrastructure with extensive knowledge and hands on experience with the process of knitting, dyeing, printing, stiching, garmenting, quality control and a complete in house facility to manufacture garments to your specification. To aid the process Aster Apparels has a number of state of art machines for machine cutting, stiching, and finishing. Equipped with over 81 top of the line machines namely Juki, Brother, Hashima Fusing, Double Needle, Computerised Lock Stich button, Semi automatic snap fixer, Yamato, Pegasus 5/4 thread O/Locks, Flat Locks. Our Terry unit consists of 24 Sulzer looms. We have taken extreme care in integrating core facilities to manufacture terry. Our Finishing unit comprises of a modern steam press set up in parallel lines with international standards. Our work force comprises of skilled workers and full fledged office in Tirupur, India consisting of managers and professionals in finance, shipping, sampling, production, merchandising and other related fields. We also have a liaison and marketing office based in Toronto, Canada to service North American clients. Our quality assurance department comprises of qualified technical staff to ensure flawless productivity at all stages of knitting, weaving, dyeing, printing, compacting, lab testing as well as actual production and finishing. The merchandising department is managed by qualified and experienced merchandisers who are supported by the sampling, fabric, accessory and production departments. Having been cotton merchants for over three decades we have traded with all the leading spinning mills in and around South India. We have also acquired two state of the art spinning mills which provide us with the finest of the yarns for all our products. Our ability in knits is in producing international quality merchandise in pique polos, yarn dyes, prints, stonewash, thermals, polar and bouncle fleece, jacquards & poly cottons. We also make high quality fabrics meant for garmenting in seersucker, cotton lycra, pucker & flat, cotton voiles, yarn dyed flannels, melanges, woven checks and twills. Aster Apparels specifically approaches the entire production as a complete process, hence, under one roof you have a solution provider who takes care of all your printing, embroidery, applique, styling needs.
